The hotel is very well located. It is between Petrópolis and Itaipava, up in the hills, 5 mins away from Petrópolis and 20 mins from Itaipava. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool by a barbecue space that can be used by customers without extra charge.
The sound isolation between rooms is poor.

Building design and gardens.
The location of the hotel was kind of sketchy and hard to find. Our room was not very clean, it was stuffy, the wallpaper was stained with mold and the wall painting in some place had not been finished. Light fixtures were falling from the ceiling, the shade of the bedside lamp was torn and the shower was leaking. It was nearly impossible to get the shower temp right and once we finally did, it would oscillate between burning hot and lukewarm. The bed was not really a queen size bed, but 2 full beds put together. There were only two hand and bath towels instead of a full set, with no washing cloth. Given the price I paid, I also expect at least shampoo and conditioner to be provided by the hotel. Breakfast wasn't terrible, but nothing to fret about either. Overall, a disappointing experience given the price of the stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location, nestled in the mountains, offered breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The room amenities, such as the air conditioning and mini-bar, made my stay even more enjoyable. The garden furniture outside was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The amenities, service, and location are all superb.

Good value. Clean with a good structure. Now with split air conditioned.Friendly staff.
Breakfast can be little better. One more bread option is enough.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were outstanding. The hotel provided parking, making it easy for us to park our car without any additional cost. Getting around the city was made easy as transportation services were easily accessible. The hotel's location in the mountains offered us unique and picturesque views of the area. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Almost perfect.

Breakfast was plentiful. We got a room here on special offer, and for the price if was good enough for a night's stay.
The location was a fair distance out of town, which is awkward for those travelling without a car. Also, the facilities, E.G. the swimming pool were unusable as they were so filthy. Our bathroom also had a large selection of mosquitoes/bugs that had been squashed against the tiled wall but not wiped off. The cost of accommodation in Petropolis is quite high so we were glad that we got this hotel on a 'special offer'. However, we would have been very disappointed if we had paid full price given the facilities that were advertised and what was actually available.

Located in the mountains, the hotel offered a relaxing and peaceful setting. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast had a nice selection of items. Additionally, the hotel had a pool and workout room for guests to enjoy.
The rooms were poorly furnished and lacked heating, resulting in a damp and humid environment.

The breakfast was really good and offered a nice selection of items. Also, the staff was friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel was also amazing. It was close to many attractions and had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.
Our room was really small and didn't provide enough space for our luggage. Also, the hotel was overcrowded during Christmas, and it was hard to enjoy the amenities like the pool since it was always full of people.
